STRONG SALES STAFF

     Having a sales staff that everyone can feel comfortable with would be of most importance to our business. One that is never overstepping boundaries and understands when to let the customer make the next move. Quick and to the point, explaining everything in detail, and covering the topics customers are most interested in. We will ensure that each member exhibits honesty and integrity as they are the most important portion of a company’s DNA in our line of work. After all, we are protecting a customer’s assets and perhaps their lives.

     Each individual must be able to communicate and share insight with other staff members. Individuals must be able to carry a good schedule and have a time line for each project he or she is involved in. All sales staff members must have a team attitude with a focus of seeing all projects ending on schedule. A "cradle to grave concept", is an absolute must.

 

EFFICIENT INSTALLATION & SERVICE TEAM

     Each member must be able to work with one another and possess the ability to communicate in detail about the project and customer. Installers must be able to perform and must have the ambition to outperform his/her counterpart from project to project. 

​

     Ongoing training will be provided and made a part of our culture. This training can be in various forms including manufacturer specific, in-house wiring and practices, resources, and product finishing. Training will also consist of central station equipment, installation product usage, industry building codes, work safety, customer relations, and project management.

​

     Benefits will be allotted for performance and many incentives will be provided for employees that try to maximize performance while achieving all the company's goals and values, holding the company's mission statement in mind at all times.  Benefits can be monetary in some cases and presented by company presidents as an opportunity to express their appreciation.
